🌟Highlights
My name is Chris van Tienhoven, and I live in the Netherlands.
I was born in 1950 in a quiet village nestled at the foot of a dike, where the river Lek gently traced the landscape. I spent my youth in Rotterdam, surrounded by the energy of the harbours, before moving to Leiden to study Mathematics—with a subsidiary focus on Computer Science—at Leiden University, the oldest in the country.
After graduating in 1975, I began a long and varied career in IT and automation, working as a programmer, analyst, consultant, and project manager. In 1994, I took a creative turn and became the owner and director of a company specializing in graphic design and printing. Since 2008, I’ve shifted my focus toward family, personal exploration, and my lifelong fascination with mathematics.
I’m happily married and a proud father. My family is my anchor—and my compass.

🧭Philosophy
I’m drawn to the intersection of logic, spirituality, and philosophy. My journey has moved from religious belief to spiritual curiosity to philosophical reasoning. I don’t claim certainty; instead, I assign degrees of probability. For me, everything is open to rational exploration—and the journey of understanding never truly ends.
